Kevin O'Connell has been in the image business for over 40 years. After spending most of those years in New York City, immersed in the commercial, corporate, music, and documentary worlds, he now resides in the western United States. The years in New York were about images that moved (motion picture and video). The period in the west, and other corners of the world, is about single frame imagery. With his photographs, he wants you to feel what he sees. His passion is to tell stories, one frame at a time. More painter than documentarian, the work hopes to showcase an impressionist approach...a type of optical painting.
